Position half of the fowards at the red line facing opposite directions and split half the defenseman at the centre of the blue lines. Two defenseman at each end will position themselves approx 10 feet inside the defensive blue line, with one near the boards(favoring the strong side) and the other at approx mid ice. On the whistle (both ends go at the same time), F passes the puck to D1. D1 moves the puck D to D to D2. F times his move and loops across the ice, following the puck movement. F receives a pass from "D" and moves down the ice and shoots.
