Three Pass



In this drill the defencemen is challenged to deliver three breakout passes to varying positions (wings & Center). The drill starts with the D getting the puck behind the net doing a tight turn and feeding the left winger. After getting the pass the winger breaks out wide and stright 1vs0. After the first pass the D stops or turns back to feed opposite winger. This winger breaks awawy for shot on net. The D the turns back again picking up a puck behind the net and hitting the looping centerman. lastly after the third pass the D himself picks up a puck and moves up the ice for a 1vsO.

Cues

All forwards call for pass. Crisp passes on the tape. Quick passes, turns and skating from D. Centermen loops low to support D.

Variations
2vsO - Forwards leave with two the Centerman either suports the wingers or the wingers come off the boards to support Centerman.
