GOALIE -

You need two goalies for this one.

Start with one goalie in the net the other behind the net, and the coach in front of the net with a bunch of pucks. The drill starts when the coach shoots a puck on the goalie in the net, immediatly after the first goalie makes the stop he moves around the net and the second goalie moves in front of the net in time to stop the coaches next shot and then goes around the net while the first goalie is moving in for his next stop. The goalies never stop moving and the drill resembles a Merry go round.

The coach can spice up the drill by shooting along the ice, in the air etc. The drill focuses on getting the goalies moving around the net and reacting quickly to changing scenarios.
