Quick Recovery

Quick Recovery This is just a quick one on one scrimmage. You have two players of same ability lay on their backs in one end of the ice. The coach blows his whistle and shoots a puck the players roll over get up and race for the puck, when one of them has the puck the other defends this can flip flop until some on scores on the goalie or the coach blows it down. The players try to score on the net in the zone that they started this will give the defender position on the first player to the puck. Remember to change where you dump the puck so that they must find the puck as they are getting up. Change to two different players. Change pairing so that everyone can feel some success.
