Description
Half the team in opposite corners with pucks.
On the whistle 2 players skate up the entire ice, swing in over the blue line and receive a pass from one of the palyers in line. They turn back up the ice on the opposite side of the ice surface and head in 2 on 0 on the goalie from the end they just came from.
This drill is done simultaneously from both ends. Half way through switch sides.
