4 MAN JAM

• players in four lines each with a puck
• on the whistle, 1's quickly skate into the center ice face off circle
• players move randomly keeping their feet moving
• on the whistle, 1's quickly skate back to the end of the line they started
• 2's accelerate into the face off circle
• after the second whistle, there will be eight skaters in motion
• players must skate at top speed coming to and leaving the circle.
