D AGILITY PASSING

• on whistle, F1 passes to stationary D1
• D1 moves forward and passes to D2 moving backwards
• D exchange passes and roles while forwards, F1 and F2 loop in the neutral zone
• forwards loop twice and then receive pass from either D
• forwards attack the opposite D two vs one
• a new D moves off the boards
• drill continues with F3 and F4.
